We are happy to announce the adoption of Oliver, the Brittany puppy, by his new forever parents Fred and Noreen! Congratulations on your new family member!
Oliver is a sweet tempered, very friendly and playful 5 1/2 month old puppy. He is currently 26 pounds and was rescued in South Korea as a very small puppy. Medium and large breed dogs have a difficult time getting adopted in Korea, so he was recently sent to the United States to find his forever home. His foster mom in Korea fully potty trained him and has taught him to sit. He is currently working on the down command and how to walk on a leash. He will need access to regular exercise. Brittany's are an active breed similar to Labradors, but smaller. Oliver is currently fostered by a family in Fullerton.
Ollie loves other people and dogs. He has a classic Sporting Dog personality. He is interested in people walking by and if anyone shows him attention, he wants to say hello. Oliver's foster mom in Korea reports that he met with kids 2 years and older and was very nicely tempered. As with all dogs, he will require supervision around children, but he would make a perfect family dog or for an active single person who is willing to give him the exercise he requires.
