Medical : Up to date with vaccination, heart worm negative. just seen by a vet on 4/11/2019. No health issues except need teeth cleaning. Heart worm medicine and Bravecto for flea control given on 4/11/2019
Personality : Friendly with people, no aggression, fast learner. Boksil was not reactive to other dogs at the vet and has no issues with the foster dog. However, Boksil was never trained and socialized so proper socialization and training are needed. She does okay on the leash but will need further training. All the neighbors on the block say she is very sweet and friendly. Both the groomer and the vet who treated her stated she has a great personality.
History : Lived outdoors for 7 years (basically all her life) Did not receive proper care or interaction. Spent the most of time alone in the yard and did not get taken out for a walk at all. The owner was going to sell or surrender her to a shelter but the neighbors intervened and now she is being fostered by the owner's neighbor. Despite her sad past, she is very loving and gentle.
