Weight: 29 pounds Age: 11 months Personality: Friendly, takes after her Jindo father in personality. Amber has discovered the joy of playing with a ball! She is social, nicely balanced and a great girl! We haven't been able to find any bad habits! She is the most outgoing of her siblings. Coat: Medium length Training:Knows sit. Foster mom is taking her to dog training class on Saturdays to teach basic skills. Walks well on leash and has very nice manners, in spite of her young age. Potty trained: Yes Health: Excellent health, Korean Jindo dogs are known for their excellent health and vigor. No health issues at all. Fully vetted, parasite free, spayed and vaccinated.

History: Amber was one of 6 puppies who were sold to a meat farm in S Korea, along with their Golden Retriever mom. The father was a purebred Korean Jindo. A volunteer rescued the poor mom with 6 puppies and brought them home, where they were raised along with 3 human children. One puppy and the mom was adopted in Korea. Amber and her 2 sisters were brought to California to find their forever home. Mixed breed dogs have a very difficult time getting adopted in Korea. They want purebred dogs who are under 10 pounds. Amber's 2 brothers in Korea will also be coming to the USA to find homes! We are looking for foster homes! If it wasn't for their foster family in Korea, we could never have saved these beautiful dogs! They have such an amazing personality and are very sweet! . Fostered in: La Habra Type of home: Most home situations would be a good match for Amber. She'd make an excellent family dog with kids, but would also be quite happy with an active single person or couple.
