History: Shaggy was abandoned in an apartment complex by his family in late November 2015. Luckily a neighbor took him into their home and kept him safe. He was so afraid and shut down that he sat huddled in the corner for a week! He slowly came out of his shell and became a very friendly affectionate dog. The family who saved him can no longer keep him since they're away from the house for 14 hours at a time. They love him and wanted a better life for him. He deserves a home with people who have time to care for a loving little dog.
