Happy Friday from Kirby, the Maltese!

Kirby, now Manolo found his furever family! This little cutie pie was considered to be too big in Korea and had a hard time finding a loving family! Manolo never gave up his hope and now his dream came true.

He is so happy to have a loving family of his own now and we couldn't be happier! He will also have fur brother whom he can play with.

Congratulations to the Arguello family and Manolo on finding each other and we wish them many many happy years together

Kirby's Info... I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Kirby's Story... Breed: Maltese, male, white Weight: 10.3 lbs. (small dog, but on the larger size for a Maltese)

Age: 4 years

Personality: Affectionate lap dog, loves to sleep with a person, very sweet

Coat: Short, cut in puppy cut so low maintenance, but Kirby will require regular bathing and grooming since his coat will continue to grow

Training: Walks on a leash, knows sit, rides in a car in a crate

Potty trained: Yes

Health: Excellent. (see below)

History: Kirby was rescued from a high kill shelter in S. Korea. He had a skin problem from neglect and luxating patellas, but a great personality, so he was rescued, rehabilitated and brought back to excellent health. He is fully recovered from surgery on both knees now and is in wonderful health. Kirby is considered to big to be a Maltese and was having a hard time getting adopted in Korea. We brought him here to find a better life and a forever family who will adore him. He has been checked for parasites, heartworm - all negative! His blood tests show he is a very healthy little dog. Maltese live 15 to 20 years so he probably has a long life ahead!
