Personality: Chloe is a sweet and outgoing pup who loves exploring new things. Her early life at a Korean meat farm did not provide her with any training or socialization. Like most doggies she is very resilient and will learn quickly once she settles into her forever home. She is playful and snuggly.

5. Final approval and adoption finalized
