BRODY

ABOUT BRODY

Weight: 32 lbs

Age: 2 (Birthday February 27, 2015)

Coat: Medium, double coat, sheds

Personality: Brody and his brother, Loki, were born at a shelter in Korea and spent their first 2 years there. Life in a shelter meant Brody had minimum socialization and exposure. He did not know what toys were, how to walk on a leash, how to interact with people, etc. Everyday noises and sights like, cars, furniture, and television, are foreign to him. His situation is similar to a human baby being born and raised and locked in a bedroom. Brody has made vast improvements since being rescued. He is building confidence each day and slowly learning to be a normal dog. He now walks on a leash, enjoys a home environment, and looks forward to pets and massages.

Despite his past, Brody shows no aggression and warms up to people after a few hours. He is more fearful of men than women. He is also fearful of loud noises.

Brody is sweet, gentle, calm, and quiet. Being a Jindo mix, he is independent, intelligent, and loyal. Brody only asks for time to get adjusted to this new world. We think he has great potential.
