Breed: Border Collie x Australian Shepherd

Weight: 45 lbs

Age: 3 years

Personality: Kona has a beautiful soul. She is kind, affectionate, and loving. Her gentleness makes her a great companion for kids, and she is friendly with all dogs. She is well-behaved and polite in the house. She is eager to please and exceptionally smart. Kona is looking for a forever hooman who enjoys being active and will mentally challenge and teach Kona new things. Kona is special girl and whoever gets to share her heart will be very lucky.

Coat: Medium length, sheds

Training: House manners and socialization, knows “sit,” “shake,” “off”

Potty trained: Yes

Health: Healthy

History: Rescued from Rancho Cucamonga shelter, owner relinquishment because they were moving

Fostered in: La Mirada, CA

Type of home: An active home. Kona prefers women and takes a longer time to warm up to men.

Crate trained: Yes

Good with Dogs: Yes

Good with Kids: Yes

Good with Cats: Possibly yes

 

Adoption donation (non-refundable): $350

All dogs are fully vetted, heartworm negative, microchipped and up to date with vaccinations.

We will spay/neuter all of our dogs prior to adoption.  If a dog is not ready for operation, we will at a later date.

4. Home check & Final Approval

5. Adoption Contract is signed.
