We are very excited to share two very special upcoming events: Welcome Home Dog Rescue’s First Education and Adoption Fairs.Welcome Home Dog Rescue (WHDR) gives dogs a chance to find a loving, forever home.  Not all dogs have been as lucky as the ones that have found homes through WHDR. We need to change things so that all dogs find a forever home! By attending our events you will get to meet our four legged friends and meet our volunteers who have dedicated their time and efforts to WHDR.Our first event is for the Orange County Arirang Festival for a fun filled day of adoption advocacy, pet education, and celebration!  We have a new group of adoptable dogs who are arriving directly from Korea. Our second event is at Just Food for Dogs in Newport Beach. Along with our adoption fair we will also have a special three hour seminar with Cindy Scott, a leading professional dog trainer and behavioral consultant.

Event:                   “Because together; we’re better” Adoption Fair

supported by: Just Food for Dogs & Dogs Etc.

When:                  Oct 13 Sunday 12:00pm – 4:00pm

Where:                Just Food for Dogs

All proceeds from the event will benefit Welcome Home Dog Rescue, a volunteer run, non-profit organization working to save dogs and advocate change.  Every year, millions of  animals are euthanized in shelters across the nation.  Without non-profit organizations like WHDR, this number would increase substantially.  Welcome Home Dog Rescue is a registered non-profit organization. None of our volunteers are paid or receive any type of compensation. WHDR is purely run by volunteers who have selflessly dedicated their efforts to rescue dogs.  Since our organization has started, we have rescued numerous dogs from being euthanized or abandoned and have successfully placed them in loving homes. We sincerely hope that our events will bring awareness to our cause and help us grow in support and knowledge in rescuing more dogs.
